Resumedit provides AI-powered tools for creating, analyzing, and managing resumes, cover letters, and job applications. We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Subscription and Payment

6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Resumedit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:
- Store and process your content to provide the Service
- Use your content to improve our AI models and services
- Display your content as necessary to provide the Service
8. AI Processing and Consent
By using the Service, you consent to AI processing of your data. This includes:
- Processing of your resume content, job descriptions, and related data by AI services (including OpenAI's API) to provide AI-powered features
- Use of AI for resume generation, enhancement, analysis, parsing, and cover letter generation
- Processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the privacy policies of our AI service providers
AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may require review and editing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific needs. Your use of AI-powered features is subject to the terms and privacy policies of our AI service providers, including OpenAI's privacy policy and terms of service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily interrupt service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumedit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resumedit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Resumedit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
