How do I create a resume?
Start by clicking "Build New Resume" in your dashboard. Choose a template, fill in your information, and use our AI enhancements to improve your content. You can export your resume as a PDF when you're done.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your personal information with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I use my resume offline?
You can download your resume as a PDF at any time, which you can use offline. However, editing and AI features require an internet connection.
How accurate is the ATS analysis?
Our ATS analysis uses industry-standard algorithms to evaluate how well your resume will perform in applicant tracking systems. While we can't guarantee 100% accuracy, our scores are based on real ATS parsing patterns.
What file formats can I export?
Currently, we support PDF export for resumes. PDF is the most widely accepted format by employers and ATS systems.
How do AI credits work?
AI credits are used for features like resume analysis, AI enhancements, and cover letter generation. Free accounts get a limited number of credits, while paid plans include more credits per month.
